Dr. Raghu Ram, Convenor for Intercollegiate Final MRCS Examinations conducted by RCS (England) in Hyderabad played a key role at ensuring that the City is on world map of the most prestigious Surgical Royal Colleges in the world - Hyderabad is now a permanent centre for the final MRCS examination (Membership of Royal College of Surgeons) conducted by the Edinburgh based Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (RCS Ed) & the London based Royal College of Surgeons of England ( RCS England)
 
The Intercollegiate MRCS final examinations were held in Hyderabad on 15 & 16 September 2016 by RCS England, which is one of the oldest Surgical College in the world (Est. 1493).

Doctors from all over India and South Asian Countries are taking the Exam. This is the SECOND time in 500 years that the RCS(Eng) has conducted the Exam in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
